tensplace Maldives Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the tensplace Maldives Giveaway, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to all customers who make a purchase online or at the tensplace pop-up at Dubai Mall between 5th – 10th June 2025.

• Each order counts as one (1) entry, regardless of the number of items purchased in that order.

• Customers may place multiple orders during the giveaway period to receive multiple entries.

2. Prize

• ONE (1) WINNER WILL RECEIVE A 3-NIGHT GETAWAY FOR TWO PEOPLE TO THE MALDIVES.
  

• The prize includes:

• RETURN FLIGHTS WITH FLY DUBAI FROM ANY GCC COUNTRY TO THE MALDIVES

• A 3-NIGHT STAY AT 5-STAR RESORT VILLA NAUTICA

• STAY DATES MUST FALL BETWEEN OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER 2025, AND THE TRIP MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE 30TH NOVEMBER 2025.

• FINAL DATES WILL BE ALIGNED AND CONFIRMED WITH THE TENSPLACE TEAM BEFORE BOOKING.

3. Booking and Confirmation

• Once the trip details are confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.

• Any changes requested after confirmation will be at the full expense and responsibility of the winner.

• All booking and travel information must be aligned with and approved by the tensplace team before confirmation is issued.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• All items purchased during the giveaway period are non-returnable.

• Size exchanges only are permitted, subject to availability and within our standard exchange policy.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted directly by the tensplace team after the giveaway period ends.

• tensplace reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms or appear fraudulent.

6. General

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.

• tensplace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time.

• By participating, entrants agree to be contacted by tensplace for communication and promotional purposes.
