tensplace was founded by Lucy Nickerson and Alia Vachani, who both grew up in Dubai and attended the same school, although their paths did not cross at the time.

Ten years later, they reconnected and discovered a shared vision for a brand built around quality, comfort and timeless design. The idea was to create everyday clothing with a premium feel, while keeping the collection accessible and focused.

Nixon later joined as Creative Director, bringing a shared history with the founders and the same instinct for the creative direction of the brand.

Together, the three of us bring different perspectives to tensplace, but share the same understanding of what we want it to become.

That connection is part of the foundation of the brand.
